Youth Music


Our children’s choir, Treblemakers, is open to children in school years 3-6. They currently rehearse on Thursdays after school from 5.00-5.45 (supervision is available from 4:45).  They learn a mix of music, as well as how to sing, and musical theory. They sing on their own in concerts and services, and sometimes join with the Adult Choir at points during the year. Opportunities for older children 

The Director of Music, Alex Turner is always pleased to hear from secondary school-aged children who are keen to sing, or contribute to the church’s music.  A group of teenagers meet once or twice a term in preparation for a concert or service performance.  Future plans include a new set of choral scholarships for students aged 15-19 who are preparing to apply for university and are interested in singing.  Please contact the Director of Music to find out more:
